I hadn't tried popcorn from Swiss crisp giant Zweifel before. And now I've tried one or two popped kernels. Covered in a wonderfully light caramel sauce. Which doesn't attempt to gum your teeth together.
Very nice so far as I could tell. Of course the Chef ate most of them, but luckily I shall be on my way to Switzerland at the end of the week and will have another opportunity to try.
What can I say on such limited tasting experience other than "Yum"?
And why do you suppose they chose to illustrate this crispy snack with a rodeo rider?
